Patio Door Locking Issue, Pontfadog, Wrexham LL20 7AN
We were recently contacted by a residential customer in Pontfadog (Wrexham LL20 7AN) who was unable to secure their home because their patio French doors would not lock. On inspection, we discovered that the problem was caused by a failed multi-point locking system. Unfortunately, the existing system was obsolete and could no longer be repaired or replaced with the same model.
To resolve the issue and restore full security, we supplied and fitted an upgraded Avocet multi-point locking system. Alongside the new locking system, we also installed a set of modern Hoppe door handles, ensuring smooth operation and enhanced durability.
The new system not only allowed the customer to lock their French doors securely once again but also provided an upgraded level of security compared to the original, obsolete system. This meant their home was once again protected, with the added reassurance of a high-quality, reliable locking mechanism.
At Acton Locks, we pride ourselves on finding practical solutions when obsolete systems fail. By upgrading to a modern multi-point lock and quality handles, we were able to give the customer long-term peace of mind and confidence in the security of their property.
